Are ther any parking charges?

Overnight parking is available for $15 + taxes per vehicle, per night.

What are the pool hours?

The Costa Infinity Pool and Playa Zero Entry Pool are open daily 9am - 9pm.

Can I rent golf carts?

You can rent a golf cart onsite from Carts4You, open daily from 9am-6pm. Please call 787-600-4030 to reserve. We recommend reserving your golf cart in advance as they are the most popular way to explore the community of Palmas del Mar and there is limited availability.

What are your resort activities

We offer a range of unique activities and experiences to fit your vision of a perfect vacation. From onsite golf, tennis, and pickleball to horseback riding, biking and daily wellness classes, there’s something everyone to explore.

Where can I rent a bike?

Bicycles are available complementary for resort guests and depend on availability. Please contact the front desk to learn more.

Are there microwaves available for guests?

There are no microwaves in any of our guest rooms and the use of microwaves in the rooms is not permitted. Please contact the front desk if you need assistance with anything.

Are there elevators on property?

There are no elevators on our property.

Is there a casino on property?

There is no casino at our resort.

Are there shuttles from the airport?

Although there are no resort shuttles to or from the airport, you may email guestexperience@wyndhampalmas.com and a Guest Experience Agent will respond with options and support. The resort is easily accessible by rental car, taxi, or rideshare. Private transportation can also be arranged.

Does the resort accept cash?

No, our hotel is cashless.

Is there a business center?

No, there is no business center at our property. Please contact the front desk if you need assistance with printing or arranging travel details.

Is the resort pet friendly?

Yes, we allow pets with a weight limit of 35 pounds. A nightly fee of $75 plus taxes will apply.

How much do you hold for incidentals?

There is a $50 hold per night per room.
